Job Description: • Achieve restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans andreviews, implementing production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards• Meet restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditure.• Plan menus by consulting with chefs, estimates food costs and profits, adjusts menu.• To ensure that profit margins are maintained, agreed costs are not exceeded through effective control systems• To ensure that lobby hosts and Cashiers are always correctly and smartly dressed, that they offer professional and courteous service to customers.• To ensure that restaurants and conveniences are clean and well maintained.• Control costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation, minimizing wastes; ensuring high quality of preparation
