In its bids to strengthen and expand the horizon of its coverage across Nigeria, out client , a major player in entrepreneurship development in the Nigerian economy, located in the South East Zone of Nigeria, our client, a major player in entrepreneurship development in the Nigerian economy, located in the South East Zone of Nigeria requires the officers to fill the positions below:

1.) Project Manager
Age between 40-20

Requirements
Applicant must have M.sc or Ph.D degree in Economics, Agricultural Economics, Management Sciences or psychology
Should have at least 10 years experience in a management position in a management consulting firm, financial sector especially banking business development firm or in the manufacturing industry.
Excellent skills in business/project management, communication, report writing, quantitative techniques, ICT and negotiations are essential.

2.) Head, Operations Department
Age: 35 – 45

Qualifications
Applicant must have M.sc degree in Project management, Economics, Agricultural Economics, Management Sciences or Psychology, Team Building & Coordination, communication, ICT research and quantitative skills essential.

Experience
At least six (6) years experience in a management position in a management consulting firm, financial sector especially banking development firm or a manufacturing industry.

3.) Head, Micro-Enterprise Development Training Department

Age: 35 - 45 years

Qualifications:
Applicant should have a good M.sc degree in a science, social science or management science discipline

Experience
Should have at least five(5) years experience in a capacity building institution with responsibilities for building the capacity of professionals already working in financial, manufacturing or service industry.

4.) Head, Monitoring and Evaluation Department

Age: 35 -45 years

Qualifications
Applicant must have a good M.sc degree in Project Management, Economics, Agricultural Economics, Management Sciences ICT or Engineering with additional training in Monitoring and Evaluation

Experience
At least four years (4) experience in monitoring and evaluation. Ideal candidate must have excellent report writing and quantitative analytical skills and should be able to communicate effectively.
Candidate must have adequate experience in data collection, processing/analysis and in project report writing and presentation.

5.) Head, Communications Department

Age: 35 – 45 years

Qualifications
Applicant should have a good graduate of Mass Communication, Linguistics or Languages and History or related areas, candidate should be an expert in research communication.

Experience
At least four (4) years post qualification experience
He/she must possess an excellent writing communication and presentation skills.
He/she should be familiar with the media industry.

6.) Head, Accounts/Financial Department

Age: 35-45 years

Qualifications:
Applicant must be a holder of a professional Certificate in Accountancy, preferably ICAN.

Experience:
At least four (4) years post qualification experience in a reputable firm as head of account/finance department.

7.) Head, Business Development/Financial Linkage

Age: 35-45 years

Qualifications
Applicant must have a higher degree (M.sc) in any of the social sciences or management science discipline

Experience
Should have at least (5) years experience in strategic planning Marketing and development of SMEs, development of business plans are essential.
Linkage with the financial industry will be an added advantage.
Must have excellent communication skills, qualitative/analytical bent.

8.) Head, HR/Administration Section Department

Age: 35 – 45 years

Qualifications
Applicant should have a good M.sc degree in Public Administration, Personnel management or Sociology etc Experience:
He must be ICT competent, Excellent writing/communication skills are essential.
Must have been in a management position for at least 4 years
Must be a team player etc.

9.) Head, Internal Audit Department

Age: 35 – 45 years

Qualifications
Applicant must be a holder of a professional certificate in accountancy, preferably ICAN

Experience
Applicant should have at least a minimum of 4 years experience in internal control management function in a reputable firm.
