Job Description
Responding to assigned tickets via helpdesk ticketing system (ARS) according to our SLA; Installation and support of GIL hardware (desktops/laptops, peripherals) and business applications; Execution of project tasks and deliverables; Backfill for Personnel Change Coordinator role.Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering plus relevant Microsoft and Cisco certifications. IT Information Library (ITIL) certification will be an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 and Vista SuiteEffective communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills
Experience
