A conglomerate quoted in the Nigerian stock Exchange has vacancy for the position of HOTEL MANAGER in her medium size budget hotel in Abuja.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Effective supervision of all Department of the hotel
• Control cost of running the hotel to improve the bottom line
• Ensure customer satisfication
• Market the services of the hotel to achieve management set target on room occupancy level, profitability etc
• Explore revenue generation sources not yet in place .
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Must be a graduate (Bachelor/HND) with at least 5 years experience as hotel manager.
• Must be familiar with the Federal Capital Territory
• Must be computer literate
• Must be computer literate
• Must ave budgeting and financial management experience
• Must have leadership quality, HR management and company administration experience, and must be able to establish standard operating procedures for all Departments
• Must have marketing skill
• Age should not be more than 45 years
