Bobo Food and Beverages Limited requires the service of below personnel for immediate employment.

1.) Transport Manager

Objective

Candidate will ensure that the distribution of goods and clearing operation is of excellent service at the right time and with a competitive cost.

Job Description
  • Implement and coordinate operating procedures for all transport activities and ensure complete compliance to prescribed QMS processes.
  • Provide delivery of finished goods, promotion material to customers across the country at the right time and cost. Follow up and close delivery short comings.
  • Procurement of transport for delivery of goods.
  • Manage the team of loading section.
Requirements
  • Must have BSC/HND in any of the social sciences with professional qualification as an added advantage.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 -8yrs experience in Logistics in an FMCG company.
  • Must have good analytical and negotiating skill. Should be between 30 – 35yrs of age.

2.) Stock Accountant

Objective

The Stock Accountant will be responsible for balancing and reconciling records kept and be able to research and resolve any unbalanced issues involved in the accounting procedures.

Job Description
  • Record and monitor raw, packaging, finished goods material and spare part inventory and fixed asset.
  • Organize stock check.
  • Analyze account store record, stock record, and real asset in the store and give report.
Requirements
  • Must have BSC/HND in Accounting with 3 – 8yrs experience in an FMCG company.
  • Must have strong technical skills involving inventory reconciliation
  • Proficiency in IT and software applications.
  • Should be between 30-35yrs of age.

3.) Production Supervisor

Objective

Candidate will be responsible for organizing and achieving production objectives within targeted plan.

Job Description
  • Ensure Production Plan is achieved.
  • Monitor the implementation and compliance of SOP for all production activities.
  • Ensure optimum utilization of production materials, time and manpower within set waste controls limits.
  • Ensure strict adherent to safety guidelines on production line.
  • Monitor and organize maintenance of equipment to minimize downtime.
Requirements
  • Must have B.Sc/HND Applied/Food Science and Technology or Production Engineering.
  • Must have a minimum of 3-8years experience in Production in an FMCG company
  • Ability to manage effective and uninterrupted production process

4.) Production Machine Operators

Objective

Candidates will be Responsible for handling of blow molding machine

Requirements
  • OND Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  • Operators should be able to troubleshoot with 1years experience
  • Should be between the ages of 20-25 years

Job Title: Finance and Administration Manager

Objectives
Under the direction of the Country Representative - Centre for Development and Population Activities (CEDPA) Nigeria & Controller - CEDPA Washington DC. The Finance and Administrative Manager leads and manages the Finance and Administrative Officers of CEDPA Nigeria Country Office, The Finance and Administration Manager is responsible for the delivery of service and functions In the following areas;

Planning and budgeting
Financial Accounting reporting and control and grants management
Human Resources
General services/Facilities Administration and Office Management

Essential Duties
Monitor implementation of donor agreements, resource utilization and highlights variance provide analyses and recommend resolution or reallocation of resource.
Liaise with the Headquaters in the US on a wide variety of administrative planning and budget issues. Provides periodic reports to the Country director and Project Manager on the status of pipeline expenses highlighting changes and variances. Propose/recommends re-allocation or necessary actions or decisions.
Maintains the financial accounting system QuickBooks. Ensures adherence to HQ and Country Office prescribed policies and systems.
Monitor accurate and timely submission of financial reports and attendant schedules and attachments to Home Office. donors and government regulatory agencies
Ensure adherence to donor requirements and procedures as outlined in the Memorandum of Agreement. Contract agreements. etc.
Monitor completion of grants/contracts. Ensure proper accounting and closing of books upon receipt of completed repots and documents from various units
Provides day-to-day guidance and advice to finance and admin team specifically in accounting theory and practice. as well as in compliance with CEDPA HQ administrative and financial accounting policies and procedures.
Manage and coordinate administrative and general services for the Country Office and its field-offices.
Provides adequate office space. workstations, equipment and other needs of staff.
Oversees procurement of goods and services. and the disposal thereof.
Ensure efficient and effective transport and other logistic services.
Administers relocations and other overseas assignment benefits of incoming and outgoing country based expatriate staff.
Ensures necessary support and services during major activities in the country office, and sub-offices i.e. workshops, country review

Required Qualifications
B.Sc./HND in accounting or other related field required, qualified ACA or equivalent
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in USA1D, CDC or other federally-funded grants/contracts administration, Knowledge of federal compliance rules, regulations and standards associated with federal funds and non-profit accounting (A-I 1-. A-122.A-133 and 22CFR226) a plus.
Proficient computer software skills, including Quick Books. MS word and Excel.
