OK let's be straight here. Before anyone tries to castigate my opinion or call me names, i am a bonafide Igbo son, born and raised in Igboland. That being said, let my fellow Igbos here not pretend like this issue is not one that has been plaguing Igbos for a long time.Growing up in Enugu, all the so called ''agbenu'' people (people from Anambra State) were notorious for having several maids that they treat like mere dogs. I saw this while growing up and still saw it before leaving Nigeria. These wicked demons called ''madams and oga'' treat these poor kids like trash. Some even go to the extent of pouring hot boiling water on these poor house-helps or using hot burnt rod on them, things you wouldn't even do to animals. They do all these while courting their own kids as living treasures.I was raised poor but even while not having much, my parents, being really educated, swore never to let any of their kids be sent away to such slavery. These demons even have the audacity sometimes to approach my parents asking for one of my siblings as maid (can you imagine) while their own kids are there, bunch of lazy b.a.s.t.a.r.d.s.I am seriously not surprised that the couple involved are from Anambra states. These people, over the years have had that disgusting impression that they are the achievers of Igboland and other Igbos should see them as their lords. Even the poorest and dirtiest looking ones among them would look at people from say Enugu or Ebonyi and demean them, calling them primitive. That is why you see these godforsaken demons of madams and ogas prowling the villages of Enugu and other Igbo states looking for slaves to cart away. But times have changed.Anambra should put their house in order. Most ills and vices in the east are from there. These guys are grossly illiterate and their wives are just lazy f.u.c.k.s. who can't do jack but surround themselves with maids they torture to hell. It's about time this issue comes to light. I lived my whole live in Enugu, listening to the cries and wailings of housegirls and boys being brutalized every night while the people turn a blind eye. Enough is enoughThat being said, i can rightly say that these devil incarnates that deprived this kid of life should burn in hell for all i care.

Obama Scholarships For Moms - Attend College For Free

Like many of the things in our lives, things don't always turn out the way we want them to exactly and the same goes for paying for college, but you can get help from the Obama scholarships for moms Program.
Maybe there was a family emergency and that money was needed to pay for something that happened that nobody saw coming. Or maybe due to economic conditions out of your control the cost of tuition, not to mention supplies and all the other costs involved with a college education simply got out of hand and the money that is there just isn't enough.
Well, even though you have been planning this out for a long time and have saved up some money, the truth of the matter is that college does not have to cost that much. In fact with enough effort put into college scholarships and grants you may find out it won't cost you anything at all out of pocket if you get help from the Obama scholarships for moms program.
How is this possible? Well, scholarship and grant programs are created by several different groups, from corporations big and small, groups of like minded people, federal and state governments, churches and even local businesses all have the opportunity and often do have scholarships and grants they provide to the community and to the nation in order to help college bound students deal with the burden of paying for a college education.
One major thing that has changed with these programs is that while in the past they were often only available to athletic starts in the making and students who excelled at their studies, these days there are countless programs out there that help students and moms from all walks of life get money for college no matter who they are.
But the only way that these programs can utilized is if you take plenty of time and properly prepare. Starting as early as possible, use every resource at your disposal including your local college financial aid office, churches, small businesses, online searches as well as your personal network of family and friends to locate every available program out there.
Even the college you are wanting to attend may have their own programs for you to apply to. You just need to make sure that you track down every bit of available money out there. Because while the cost of a college education still continues to rise, why should you have to pay for anything out of your own pocket when there are resources available through scholarships and grants that are ready to pay for it instead. Apply for a scholarship today and get your education paid for.

Introduction To 2% Milk

2% milk has only been around since the 1950s. It was created with different fat contents to be a healthier means with less fat than drinking whole milk. A full glass of 2% milk contains 285 mg of calcium, making milk the leading source in an adults daily recommended intake. With so many health benefits to drinking milk, it is a wonder that more people do not drink a tall healthy glass of milk each day. Many people do not drink cow's milk of any percentage because they are lactose intolerant, meaning that their bodies do not hold dairy well, while others do not drink milk for moral reasons such as being a vegan, someone that does not drink or eat anything coming from an animal.
Although 2% milk is a better choice than drinking whole milk, it is not the best option out there because it is only reduced in fat, meaning that there is only two percent less fat than whole milk contains. It is recommended that toddlers drink 2% milk to help them fatten up as many are not an idea weight for how quickly they grow.
There has been extensive medical research on drinking milk and the benefits from it. One of the biggest benefits is that it reduces the risk of heart problems such as arterial deterioration, and coronary heart disease. Obesity is less of a risk if you drink the recommended amount of milk a day as well as colorectal cancer. Both type one and two diabetes are at a lower risk factor for those that drink milk. Not to mention, it keeps you bones strong, which helps if you run into something- you will be less likely to break a bone, and if you do, it will heal faster.
For the ladies, milk is great in aiding nail growth as well as keeping teeth strong and hair growing long and beautiful. Muscle growth is more regular in people that drink milk as well. A research has also been done that proves women who drink 2% milk increase their fertility rate, making them more likely to conceive than women who do not drink milk.
Bob Soria a 2% milk loving man who lost his job during this recession. Instead of waiting for the economy to come back. Stanbic IBTC Bank Nigeria Job Vacancy Recruiting Fresh Graduate For Tellers, Customer Service Officers And Positions

Stanbic IBTC Bank Nigeria Job: Vacancy for Fresh Graduate Recruitment for Tellers, Customer Service Officers and Other Positions

The Standard Bank Group merged its Nigerian operations, Stanbic Bank Nigeria with that of IBTC Chartered Bank PLC. The merger, by way of the first ever tender offer in Nigeria and a $525 million FDI, the largest in Nigerian financial history, gave birth to a new entity now known as Stanbic IBTC Bank PLC which became part of the Standard Bank Group. The merger was officiated in August of this year and legalised on the 24th of September 2007.

Stanbic IBTC Bank PLC through its wholly owned stock broking and asset management subsidiary, IBTC Asset Management Limited has several excellent mutual funds including the IBTC Nigerian Equity Fund, which is Nigeria’s largest mutual fund with a net asset value in excess of N25 billion (as at December 2007). It is the only bank that has a direct subsidiary that is a pension fund administrator; through the market leading IBTC Pension Managers Limited (IPML).

Stanbic IBTC is currently recruiting for fresh graduates for the position of Tellers/ Customer Service Officers in their organisation.

THE TELLER:

What does it mean to be a Teller within SB? They are most often the first point of contact for our clients – the face of the Bank, so one can understand the importance of this role in maintaining and growing the reputation and brand of the Bank. With this in mind lets chat through a ‘day in the life’ of a Teller.

Customer Service and Care

The most consistent aspect of this job is people. A day in the life of a Teller begins and ends with interacting with and serving the Bank’s customers. Within this context, having a love for, interest in and tolerance of people of all ages, races, convictions and attitudes is key. This obviously requires that you stand for most of the day so physical wellness is a must.

The catch phrases ‘customer care’ and customer service’ are so often heard but so seldom really experienced. Some people naturally want to, and are really talented at making others feel acknowledged, listened to, valued and heard. There are many ways of doing this but the result of friendly, competent and efficient service is always the same, a happy and loyal customer.

Please note: In addition to the above, Sr Teller will also provide assistance to less experienced teller staff. Another major function is to assume the role of a Teller Supervisor in his/her absence.

Position Requirements

1.Must possess BSC/HND.
2.Must have completed N.Y.S.C.
3.Must be ready to learn fast and start job immediately
Product knowledge

You cannot offer great customer service without a powerful product, or as with SB, a range of products. The Teller plays a variety of activities such a receiving deposits and managing withdrawals. They also play a critical referral role as they are involved in identifying customer needs and need to know the Bank and its products well enough to refer them to the right person. This is referred to as ‘lead generation’, a role which our best Tellers excel at.
Having the ability and desire to keep up to date with the market and product changes is a must. In addition, providing constructive feedback and recommendations on how to improve SB’s services and products is valued.

Would you prefer a role which provides you with clear guidelines? Do you enjoy an organised approach to life? If so then the next 2 role requirements may come naturally to you.

Cash Management

The Banks main function is to safeguard and grow the assets of its customers. Managing, monitoring and accounting for the different forms of money that flow through your till is key to the role of the Teller. A love of ‘precision’ and a desire to be accurate are key to succeeding in this role.

Compliance

The Bank works within a clear and strictly applied legal framework. The Teller needs to know and consistently apply these rules, processes and regulations across products and customers. Often this implies taking the time to explain the ‘red tape’ to the customer in a way that makes sense to the customer impacted.

We began this description by speaking about the people aspects of this role. Well, compliance can also be applied to people and relationships. Building trust through maintaining high levels of honesty and confidentiality is paramount to the values of the Bank and success of this role.
